Assignment 1 : Photo Blog
In this assignment, we're required to visit a place in Malaysia and do a research about the place we've visited on :
a. People – ethnic background, gender, age, description of clothes.
b. Food – types of food available or food presentation at hawker stalls or restaurants.
c. Activities – kinds of activities found in the surrounding of the suggested location.
d. Cultural conservation on buildings – Façade, interior and exterior design of the building and ornamentation.
The objective of this assignment is want us to demonstrate the principles of communication and behaviour in analyzing interaction with others, both at individual and at group levels. And the learning outcomes of this assignment is able to apply the principles of communication and behavior in analyzing interaction with others, both at individual and at group levels. Besides that, we've learnt to be aware of the importance of cultural differences and respect cultural differences as well as to build healthy and positive relationships with fellow students, co-workers and clients and also learn to communicate the relevant ideas in a clear, logical and appropriate academic English.

Reflection
In this assignment, we have to visit a place in Malaysia and the place we've chosen is Ipoh in Perak. By doing this assignment, the first thing that I've learnt is how to register and create a blog. Besides that, group work is also play a important role in order to finish this task. My teammates and I has worked together, organize the transport and a lot more so that we're able to reach there and start doing our assignment. Besides that, I've also learnt the method of how to present during presentation and using the right English speaking skills.
Assignment 2 : Oral Presentation
We were required to produce a video presentation based on traditional dwellings around the world. The historical background of the country, structure and layout, types of ornamentation used and the types of materials used were to be described in the presentation. We chose to describe the Japan Traditional houses.
Reflection
The learning outcomes intended for this assignment were to apply the principles of communication and behaviour in analyzing interaction with others at the individual and group levels as well as to be aware of the importance of cultural differences and to respect it. Besides that, healthy and positive relationships with fellow students were to be built. Finally, we were to communicate the relevant ideas in a clear, logical and appropriate academic English. After doing this assignment, I've realize my method of presentation has slightly improved and also my English speaking skills. Besides that, I've further understand about the Japanese Traditional houses and their way of building their houses during that time.
Assignment 3 : Comic Strip
This assignment is the final assignment for Effective Public Communication. Each of us are required to form a group and come up with 3 A3 size comic strip that talks about our life and what happened in Taylor's University. The objective of this assignment is to demonstrate the principles of communication and behaviour in analyzing interaction with others, both at individual and at group levels. While the learning outcomes of this assignment are application the principles of communication and behaviour in analyzing interaction with others, at both individual and at group levels. Besides that, it is for us to be aware the importance of cultural differences and respect cultural differences as well as to build healthy and positive relationships with fellow students, co-workers and clients. Not to forget the communication of relevant ideas in a clear, logical and appropriate academic English.
Reflection
The aim of this assignment is want us to able to apply the principles of communication and behaviour in analyzing interaction with others at the individual and group levels as well as to be aware of the importance of cultural differences and to respect it. Moreover, healthy and positive relationships with fellow students were to be built and we were to communicate the relevant ideas in a clear, logical and appropriate academic English.
